Are you looking for a residential art course, landscape painting in Cornwall? The beautiful Cornish landscape is sure to inspire your creativity. You can join us, whether you are new to landscape painting, or have years of experience expressing your artistic ideas.
All-Inclusive Art Breaks
I will be working with The Avalon Hotel in providing accommodation. Artist and teacher Vaughan Warren (RAS) will provide the art tuition. Together we are offering a new and unique artistic break. We will be based in Tintagel, on the Cornwall coast. The first course will take place in March/April this year. It will consist of four nights accommodation and three days of art tuition. In a our very special offer, we will be going on mini-safaris to inspirational artistic locations. These landscape art tours will include transport, tuition, art materials and lunch. Your accommodation, breakfast and dinner will be at The Avalon. All you will need is your spending money, perhaps for drinks or souvenirs. If you have particular, or favourite art materials which you prefer to use, then please bring them along.
A Creative Journey
Your creative journey in the Cornish landscape will be in groups of between four to six students maximum. This is a perfect sized group to help you learn at your own pace, practice your artistic expression and enjoy the social side of your trip. Your art teacher Vaughan will be able to guide you in your own developing style. I have been attending his art classes for almost a year now and I know what a great teacher he is and how enjoyable learning can be. Click here to see Vaughan’s own work.
This residential art course will be unique because we will visit amazing locations in Cornwall to gather inspiration for our landscape painting. When weather permits we will paint outside. But local temporary studios maybe brought into use. We will be going on an art-safari for three days, visiting places of stunning natural beauty and awe inspiring history.
